As many others have written, it's a small fit. Order at least one size larger than you normally wear.Having said that, it's very warm and windproof, and appears to be well-made. I'm glad it has a two-way zipper because the lower portion hampers walking when it's zipped all the way to the bottom. The hood has elastic cords with pressure clips that can be adjusted to keep the hood in place. However, strong winds could still dislodge it. Since I got a size larger than normal, the sleeves are quite long and extend past my wrists by about an inch, but I quite like that extra protection from the cold. Normal size jackets like this tend to leave a gap between the end of the sleeve and the cuff of my gloves. The external pockets are deep and capacious, with a press stud to keep the flaps closed. I would have preferred zippers on the pockets, but the flap/stud method works just fine. There's also an inside breast pocket on the left which is quite handy. One thing that's missing is having press studs down the front. The zipper is the only way to keep it closed. I would really like the option to quickly close and open it using press studs -- sometimes that's all that's needed when it's not too cold. Having to struggle to line up the zip tags at the bottom each time I want to close or open it can be a bit frustrating.Bottom line: It's very warm, windproof, and good value for money. But buy a size larger than usual!
