OK- Have run into this before and can't understand how a company puts thousands of dollars into their main product , which is a winner- The neoprene pants are awesome and as advertised.Then, they completely cheap out on the toggle piece that controls the waist band. Despite my best efforts, this did NOT let me tighten and or loosen the waistband without a herculean effort.I ended up completely replacing the waist band string with a nylon shoestring and installing their very simple push down toggle button to tighten or loosen- done!The company could have invested 25 cents extra for the simple route but chose the cheaper and more frustrating one.
