This is not sterling silver I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was by shining it up with a jewelry cleaning cloth but in ten days later, it looks all dark and tarnished again. My wife and I have a lot of other 925 sterling silver that needs shined 2 to 3 times a year at most and it always looks great. This is not 925 sterling silver. I am 10 days now past my return date. So I lose $64.99 by trusting Verona Jewelers and giving them a second chance. I had bought silver from them before on other listings and was very pleased. This time I got ripped off with some kind of cheap medal that I can no longer return. It isn't right! I guess the fist time it turned I should have returned it instead of thinking I was wrong, when it shined up nice after cleaning it, after all they said it was sterling silver 925. More and more it doesn't pay to trust what people say and and I think it is wrong for Amazon to not even giving me a chance for a return in this case. I show in picture my new bracelet next to a sterling silver necklace I had a year. It is obvious this new bracelet is not sterling silver 925 as advertised. But now I guess they got away with it.It’s a very nice bracelet but it was two links too big for me; I adjusted the hook with plans of attaching a heart locket on the end. Otherwise I love it.Clasps were bent and hard to connect also the quality of braclet was not worth the price asking the clasps look to have the only real silverSimplistic design. Strong appearance.
